What is the voting system used by PinoyTop10.com?

Our system is homegrown and was developed by Pinoy programmers and web developers.  The website software is running on PHP while the database is handled by MySQL.  Ajax technology is applied for real-time voting results.

How do you choose which candidates to be voted for in each category?

Members nominate candidates and Administrators and Moderators can approve those nominations based on their merits and relevance to the polls.  Admins and Mods reserve the right to approve and disapprove any candidates at any given time.

When will the polls end?

The polls end at the end of year but we have monthly cut off winners every end of month.

PinoyTop10.com is the main voting website while PinoyTopTen.com is the official blog and updates site.
