Guys,
I hope this to be a friendly reminder but it would not sound like it. For several days now, we have banned and blocked member accounts because they violated our rules on our site PinoyTop10.com.
The frequent offenses came from those who created multiple accounts and those who did not follow our Shoutbox rules on hate posting. Recently, our concerned members have also started reporting offenders in the Shoutbox to us via email citing proof of violations. We have acted on it accordingly as we deem fit and necessary to bring sanity to the discussions banning those accounts involved.
Please be reminded that our rules state that:
* You may not use discussions to slam, bash, or belittle candidates or other members or services, or any company; You may not use swearing, cheating, mocking and other demeaning tactics to attack a candidate/candidates, person or company, member/s and/or the Adminstrator and moderators in our public forums and discussion boxes. Any post not meeting a moderator’s criteria will be removed without notice.
* You cannot upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
* You cannot impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a PinoyTop10 official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
* You cannot “stalk” or otherwise harass another member or user of the PinoyTop10 Voting Service; or collect or store personal data about other users or members.
And if you violate our rules we reserve the right to ban you from further accessing our website and our Shoutbox. We don’t care who you are or what you do or whom you are voting for. We will implement the sanctions fairly to all that is necessary to stop the hate messaging in our website.

Your privilege to use the PinoyTop10 Forums and contribute to discussions on the PinoyTop10 Forums depends on your compliance with the member conduct guidelines set forth above. We may revoke your registration privileges and/or take any other appropriate measures to enforce these guidelines if violations are brought to our attention. Further, PinoyTop10, in its sole discretion, may terminate your membership or participation in any community, chat room or other Forum for any reason.
PinoyTop10 reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of PinoyTop10 Forums for adherence to these or other rules that may be published from time to time.
Please see our Terms of Service and Usage here. By continuously using our website for free, you are bound by these terms and conditions on our site.
We acknowledge and understand your right for freedom of expression. But if you have a grudge at someone, be it a person or a juridical entity or a group of people or companies, don’t bring it here. Bring it on some other websites that allow that to happen. Freedom of expression does not give you the license to slam anyone on our site because we already made it a rule here ever since we started. Not on our site please.
So understand that if your account is banned, it simply means that you cannot and will not be able to log in anymore forever using that account. We do not want this to happen as we love people to participate on our site. However, we cannot let these few rowdy people to annoy, harass, or otherwise offend other members-voters due to their inappropriate postings and behaviour.
And if you happen to see any member-voter on our Shoutbox who are violating or disregarding the rules of our site, please email us at admin @ pinoytop10.com and report to us with citation the date and time of offense as indicated in the history pages of our Shoutbox. We assure you that we will act on it accordingly as we see fit.
Please remember this basic rule and we will all be fine - NO HATE MESSAGES ALLOWED AT PinoyTop10.com. Period.
