The PinoyTop10's Sexiest Female Celebrity Winners for 2009

The most voted category for 2009 is PinoyTop10’s Sexiest Female Celebrity.  A lot of fights, skirmishes and heartaches have occurred in our shoutbox because of this poll.  This is also the same poll that is the most controversial because we are often accused of being biased to one candidate everytime.

Nonetheless, the poll continued and through ups and downs for different candidates we saw how the fans would really fight for their idols all the way to the top through whatever means possible up to the point of attempting to cheat our system.  They never succeeded and has to succumbed to the result month on month as it is.

Our Big Winner for this category is Marian Rivera topping the charts and the top 10 Winners list.  Marian has been the consistent favorite in this category catapulted to the number 1 spot and stayed there since our 2nd month of closing not only on this category but sitewide as well!  Marian fans truly worked hard on keeping their idols at the top by voting consistently everyday and we would like to recognize that feat today.  Marian fans truly rocks!  Kudos to you all!

On the second place is Angel Locsin who is our first month’s close Big winner and the first overall top candidate at that time.  Angel since then remains at second place to Marian month over month at some point almost overtaking the Marian contigent by a big rally in the 2nd half of the year although that is not enough to topple Marian from the top.  Angel fans are also the most vocal in the Shoutbox and the most zealous about their idol’s positioning in our polls.  They really worked hard to keep Angel at the top although she did not make it to the top spot.  Congratulations to Angel Locsin and all her fans most notably Maganda09 who has dominated our Shoutbox for months with her relentless campaigns!

Our third placer is no other than Iza Calzado.  Iza’s rise to stardom is phenomenal at best even at our polls.  She has been consistently at the far top 10 place until her fans worked out to get her to the 3rd spot for some time.  With much help from other Kapuso voters, she managed to stay up there in the midst of rumblings of other fans.  Congratulations to Ms. Iza Calsado and all her fans!

At the 4th place is Jennylyn Mercado who is consistently at the top 5 late in the year.  Jennylyn fans has also managed to catapult their idol to the top from where we started months back and maintaining her there.  Congratulations to Ms. Jennylyn Mercado and her fans!

Coming from behind is our next big winner Ms. Rich Asuncion.  Rich’s fans continued to vote for their idol and has made her part of the Top 10 list in no time.  Once there, the fans worked hard to keep here in the list and even managed to stay at the top 5 list.  Congratulations Rich Asuncion and Big Kudos to all her fans as well.

Next in the list is no other than Pauleen Luna – our 6th winner overall for this category.  Pauleen has stayed in the Top 10 list for months and just moved up and down month over month within the list.  Her fans worked hard as well to keep her there and so she landed at the 6th spot for the win.  Congratulations to Ms. Pauleen Luna and all her supporters!

On the 7th spot is Ms. Jewel Mische who also came from far behind but as soon as she landed on the Top 10 list, she stayed there for the most part.  She managed to crawl from the bottom and managed her way to the top through her loyal supporters to land at No 7 sexiest at PinoyTop10.  Congratulations to you Jewel and to all your fans as well!

Rochelle can never be underestimated.  Her fans was able at one point to get this lady’s bid for the top 5 sexiest list.  Rochell truly has a strong following and support as well from Kapuso fans.  Rochelle slowly climbed the charts coming from the very bottom.  Once in the top list, there is no looking back and she is now our No 8 Sexiest Female Celebrity.  Congratulations to Ms. Rochelle and her Kapuso fans!

At 9th spot is one that has been slow at first to get to the top but when she’s in the top 10 list, she hang on there.  We are talking about Ms. Ehra Madrigal whose fans showed relentless determination to keep her at the top 10 list most especially during the last quarter of the year.  Congratulations to Ehra and all her supporters for grabbing a slot in our top 10 list.

And last but not the least is the controversial female celebrity of 2009 following a scandal with Hayden Kho – Ms. Katrina Halili.  Katrina has been in and out of the top 10 list but managed to stay there during the last part of the year.  Her supporters as well as Kapuso fans has worked doubly hard to get her to the top 10 list and they are successful.  Congratulations to Katrina and all her fans for not giving up the post till the very end.
