We would like to congratulate you all for our votes finally hit the 1 million mark today (see the Stats section at the middle part of the main page). Hurrays and Yahoos to all!!!
You have to love it. I can consider it as 1 million clicks, 1 million votes, 1 million views, 1 million logs, 1 million efforts, 1 million passions, 1 million determination and 1 million loving support to your idols!
This feat is only done during the last 3 months and we are expecting the votes to grow more and more as we sign up more and more people each day. We have to recognize the growing communities’ passion to support their candidates all the way and no matter what happens on the cut offs results they are still there to support their bets.
Last June 29, we hit our 500,000 votes mark so in only 1 month of voting, you guys clicked more and another 500,000 clicks have been added just in July. No wonder our servers are getting slower some days!
So today we are happy for all of you. Today marks a celebration for another milestone in our online quest to give you an exciting, reliable and trustworthy voting platform on the internet. Here in our small office, some foods are ordered to celebrate this event (I hope I can share this pancit sa bilao and pizzas to all of you!).
And we could not do this without you guys. Your passion for the site and your idols makes us work harder and more serious for the site enhancements. We would like to commend all those who have been with us since we started and to those who helped spread the word about PT10. Our votes are growing daily but more than that, our community is growing fast too.
Now you know that your votes are protected and counted. Your votes are within those 1 million we tallied already. Watch out as we continue to improve the site. And I will make sure that once we reach our 10 Million mark, we will give away some gifts to our loyal members through an online raffle.
You deserve all the kudos this site gets. We are now at 1 million votes and all of you made that happen!
