Who will be the Top 10 winners for July 2009?

Time flies and we are now closing in on the monthly cutoff for July.    There are still a lot of hours to get your votes be counted so make sure you inform your friends to cast their final votes for July for their favorite candidates.  Who knows your candidate can still be pushed to the top.
